Team R&D (Research and Development) of AFPI identified a huge need-gap in the education field for a sustainable model wherein the students could be nurtured over a period of time and paid individual attention to inculcate, practice and perfect the OLQs (Officer-Like-Qualities) and the result is AFPI.
Additionally, they are initiated to and prepared in various Military subjects that will stand them in good stead in life - in general and are required of a student to make the cut in NDA - physically, mentally and psychologically. The academic faculty is top-of-the-line and the Military faculty is populated by officers whose medals stand testimony to the qualitative and sterling services that they have rendered to the nation.
An alumni of the hallowed precincts of the I. I. T. Madras. He was a topper of the batch and went on to complete his Masters in Technology with specialization in Mechanical Engineering. He had served in various blue chip companies in India and was visiting faculty for Engineering colleges before leaving the shores of India to work with international companies like, Petroleum giant Shell Oil Company.
With his experience in corporate management, Academics, Human resource planning, Projects, Governance and Compliance he leads AFPI Management Team of dedicated professionals.
On Completing his Masters in Science (Gold Medal) he was commissioned into the Indian Army. He added PGDBM from NMIMS Mumbai to his qualification to focus on creating human capital and education. Thereafter he served as Director with Services Preparatory Institute Aurangabad and commandant for Bhosala Military School, Nashik. His uncanny ability to spot talent and nurture potential defence Officers has seen him successfully place over 180 cadets as officers in defence forces. An educator par excellence with in-depth knowledge of military education, he was on the elite panel of the Maharashtra government's military school standardization and effectiveness team.
An Ex Civil servant with expertise in Human Resource Management, he is an entrepreneur with interests in Real Estate, Hospitality, Travel and Tourism. An avid traveller and a man with a keen interest in mentoring today's youth, he has made a name for himself as an advisor to various state governments on matters of eco-tourism. He is regularly courted by governments for solutions to sustainable business models in the Travel and Tourism industry.
